our Creative Process
The first step in our process is to engage in an in-depth conversation with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your project goals, vision and specific requirements. We listen attentively to your ideas, ensuring that we align our design process with your objectives. This initial consultation allows us to establish a strong foundation for the project.
With the insights gathered during the discovery phase, our team of architects and designers collaboratively brainstorm and develop creative design concepts tailored to your vision. During this phase, our objective is to come to an agreement about the circulation, layout, and size of the design.
Once the schematic design is established, we begin shaping and forming the exterior design of the home, defining the rooflines and fenestrations. During this phase, our objective is to come to an agreement on the exterior elevation design.
With the layout and exterior design established, we begin to refine the drawings and detail the design. At this phase our objective is to finalize the interior designs such as ceiling treatments, lighting, kitchen design, etc.
At the completion of the construction set, we will incorporate any feedback from the previous phase and perform a final audit on the drawings. Once final payment is received, we will issue final drawings via PDF and link to the 3D model.
